Week of 11-14 Nov

Because of the excitement of today's rehearsal, not everyone picked up their work today. I'll hand the rest of the papers out on Tuesday. Students should have all of their debate scores listed on the cover sheet. They should also have an essay and 2-4 history quizzes.

Continue reading and taking AR tests. You have less than three weeks to go in the trimester, and a number of you remain distressingly short on points.

Finally, the debates are over. Nice work, 7th and 8th grades. I can't remember a 1st debate that ever went better. We'll start the process of choosing topic for the next debate at the end of the month.

Just a reminder--We have a less than a month remaining in the trimester, so those of you who have not taken your AR tests, please finish what you are reading and do so.
